Former Houston Independent School District police officer Jacob Ryan Delgadillo did not get any jail time for having an ‘improper’ relationship with a 14-year-old female student at the school where he worked.
An Improper Relationship
In this case, an ‘improper’ relationship means getting a blowjob from the child in the girl’s bathroom. The convicted child molester cut a deal with the court that will let him walk free with only five years of probation.
And, this ex-cop child-rapist will not be required to register as a sex offender.
Now how did that happen? What deal did he cut to escape the sex offender’s database where many men could end up in for just looking twice at a teenage girl’s ass?
There really are two different sets of laws in this country. One for them – those wearing a badge – and one for us – those who do not wear a badge.
Now get this: As long as Officer Jacob Ryan Delgadillo does not get caught violating his probation, there will be no conviction on his record. If he is caught violating the terms of his parole within the five-year period, his deal would be gone and he could face the maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
Broken System of Justice
Again. What type of deal did he cut? Who did he know inside our broken system of justice that he got off so easily?
Two counts of indecency with a child were dismissed as part of the plea. The charge of improper relationship with a student is from when Officer Jacob Ryan Delgadillo put the girl’s hand on his genitals.
Damn boy, what were you thinking when you did something this stupid? What kind of upbringing did you have?
The girl told her teacher that she gave Jacob Ryan Delgadillo a blowjob in the girl’s bathroom. And, stupid as Jacob Ryan Delgadillo is, he also showed her naked pictures of himself on his cellphone.
It truly makes you wonder about justice in America. They really do have an ‘Us vs Them’ mentality.
The judge on this case was Houston District Judge Marc Carter.
Before this happened, his Twitter handle was: @JudgeCarter228. But since then he has closed that account. Wonder why?
